Mrs Deborah Loveluck – Fellow (2007) & Director of Development
Deborah joined the College as a Fellow in 2007 and is responsible for determining strategy for Fundraising, Alumni Relations and Communications for the College. She launched the St Catharine’s Campaign in 2009, and successfully raised £30 million for a range of projects including student support, the McGrath Centre, the college endowment and teaching posts.
Since October 2016, she has worked with the Master, Professor Sir Mark Welland and the Governing Body as a whole, to develop the vision and plans for the future of the College. ‘Our College, Our Future’ is an ambitious £65 million vision – to increase student support and outreach work, to re-imagine and remodel the College’s heritage site and to protect the key features of College life: Library, Sport, and Chapel.
Mrs Rachel Lawson – Deputy Development Director
Rachel joined the College in 2018 and supports the Development Director in all key aspects of the department’s work. Rachel is fundraising for the Our College, Our Future Campaign, meeting members in College, travelling to London and abroad. Rachel has specific responsibility for campaign communications. She also oversees the stewardship of gifts, the Woodlark Society and she has coordinated our Catz40 celebrations for 2019-20.
Mr Guy Lawrenson – Senior Development Executive
Guy joined the College in 2016. Alongside Deborah and Rachel, Guy is one of three fundraisers for the Our College, Our Future campaign. Guy would welcome hearing from you if you are interested in supporting Catz with a regular donation.
Mrs Samantha Dellar – Gifts and Finance Officer
Sam is an accountant and joined the team in 2015. As well as managing all financial matters relating to the Alumni and Development Office, Sam also enjoys meeting our alumni at College events.
Mrs Roxanne Vose – Database Officer
Roxanne joined the team in 2019, with previous experience as a database and research officer. Roxanne ensures everybody’s records are up to date to ensure all Members can attend events and receive College communications.
Miss Hannah Bostock – Events Officer
Hannah joined the team in 2019, with previous experience as an events and communications officer. Hannah ensures members have a memorable experience at all the College events organised for alumni. She also sings as a member of the College Choir.
Miss Imogen Black – Development Officer
Imogen joined the team in 2018, after completing her MPhil at Darwin College. She supports the work of the Development Director and is responsible for communications and alumni relations, and regularly helps out at alumni events. Imogen has taken an active part in executing our Catz40 celebrations.
