Developing the College community
St Catharine’s is committed to providing its staff with the skills and tools they need to deliver the services and educational support expected of a world-class university. We take a community-wide approach to excellence, empowering our staff so that they, in turn, can support our students throughout their time with us.
In order to recruit and retain the best academic and administrative staff, we must offer regular opportunities for training and professional development, and provide the resources they need to fulfil their roles to the highest standard. In doing so, we strive to create a friendly, productive workspace, where our approximately 120 staff members and 65 Governing Body Fellows can flourish.
