Our aim is to execute a selective, planned renewal of buildings to support College operations, ensuring Members enjoy a high standard of communal life, while also increasing opportunities for revenue generation.
Building work for the Central Spaces Project is nearing completion and we are preparing to open these newly revitalized spaces on October 5th 2022. Work has commenced at our St. Chad’s site and we look forward to sharing updates of this exciting project with you.

We are also committed to increasing affordability and accessibility by improving the range of accommodation available.
